What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including packing, unpacking, storage, and even providing packing materials. We also offer specialty moving services for items such as pianos, antiques, and artworks.
What is included in your quote?
Our quotes are comprehensive and include labor, transportation, disassembling or assembling furniture, and basic insurance coverage. However, there may be additional charges for special services such as packing or unpacking, and for handling extremely heavy items. Additionally, quotes will vary based on location. A local move will have an hourly rate varying per move. While a long distance move will have a flat one time fee. We’ll provide you with a detailed breakdown when we give you the quote.
How do you calculate the cost of a move?
Our pricing model is based on a combination of the volume of items to be moved, the distance of the move, and the complexity of the move (such as the need for special handling or additional services). We will provide a detailed estimate after an in-home or virtual survey.
Do we provide boxes and packing materials?
Boxes and other packing equipment are not include in the quote, but they are available for purchase! We have a variety of sizes to chose from:
Small Box (16x12x12) – $2.00
Medium Box (18×18×16) – $2.50
Large Box (24×18×18) – $3.00
XL Box (24×24×18) – $4.00
Wardrobe Box 1 (46×18×18) – $10.00
Wardrobe Box 2 (46×24×24) – $12.00
Dish Barrel Box – $5.50

What is your policy if items are lost or damaged during the move?
We take every precaution to ensure that items are not lost or damaged during the move. However, in the unlikely event that this occurs, we offer basic liability coverage included in the cost. Additional coverage can be purchased for your peace of mind.
How long will the move take from start to finish?
The duration of the move depends on various factors such as the volume of items, distance, and specific services requested. Once we’ve had a chance to assess your move, we’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate.
What measures do you take to protect furniture and delicate items during the move?
We use high-quality packing materials and techniques to protect your belongings. This includes furniture pads, bubble wrap, and special boxes for delicate items. Our team is trained to handle all items with care.
